The honeymoon is over..

Since joining the bank just over a year ago (which was a great experience) it’s been disappointment after disappointment. The interest offered on savings has dipped twice and is no longer competitive, Chase STILL don’t offer credit cards or mortgages, and now in January (2025) the bank misappropriated customer funds and had to issue an apology. Fantastic bank!

The joining process was painless and quick. Receiving my card and the whole user experience around the presentation of the packaging of my card was completely unique and the extra effort, appreciated. The savings pockets and spending analysis tools are very easy to use and have helped me save for my goals. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
