Excellent customer experience

I opened a Chase account about 9 months ago (current and savings) - I was so impressed with the ease of setting it up and also the excellent app which enables managing my money so easily. The interest rate on the savings account is extremely competitive so my money is working hard for me. So impressed with all aspects of the customer experience, I have recommended to others and my son has also just opened an account with Chase as a result. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
