Fantastic user friendly app, excellent custo...

Fantastic user friendly app, really excellent customer service - I needed to raise my transfer limit to send a large sum, and I was able to do this on the app chat function - with what I think was a real human - and the request was actioned securely and very quickly. Impressively easy! they have always responded with interest rate rises within 24 hours of the Bank of England in stressing the interest rate - really competitive. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
