Never had any issues with Chase banking probably the best I’ve been with. When I have used my card buying flowers the shop owner noted my card and went on to tell me he used Chase and how good they were. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

My partner has always looked after our banking but I needed to set up a savings account for my pension. To say I am not internet savvy is an understatement but Chase was easy to set up and the app walked me through everything I needed. I have had a few issues but the customer service has been fantastic I would highly recommend Chase to anyone Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
