Understandable t&cs... who knew?!

I'm a middle aged woman who has had many different accounts, both savings and current. Not one has had such clear, easy to understand terms and conditions. I felt like I could understand everything with ease. This was a revelation to me and I will expect this from every bank in future. Well done Chase! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
