Did not disappoint

I was first introduced to Chase by a friend and decided to give it a go after some research. Initially, I had a tough time registering due to issues with my name. I called customer service and the first person said that they can’t tell me the reason why they rejected my application and was not helpful, but I decided to give chase a second chance and called customer service again. This time, the person on the phone was extremely helpful and offered alternatives, asked me questions about my registration form and in the end, we found out that it could have been my credit score, my name or my home address. In the end, everything worked out smoothly and I successfully registered for an account. I am very pleased with Chase as the interface of the application is really easy and convenient to use, not to mention the excellent customer service (despite the first encounter), cash back, round up and interest rates!
