Can’t fault chase

After opening a Chase current account I decided to open my first savings account with them. The online banking app has been incredibly easy to use and the interest rates have been excellent. Having never had online banking before, the ease of using chase gave me the courage to make my other banking online. It’s just made everything about banking so much easier. The only reason that I gave a neutral customer service rating is because I’ve never had to use them! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
