Unprofessional

Three months after renewing my policy for a year with Brightside, I received a letter from the Motor Insurers' Bureau, informing me that my motorbike was not insured. I checked the database. It turned out that both of the motorcycles on that policy were shown as not insured. After a total of 30 minutes spent waiting on the telephone, I spoke to someone who did not apologise, gave no explanation, but promised to correct the error. He gave me only his first name and no reference number. It now turns out that nothing has happened and that I cannot pay my road tax. Reviewed on: 20th August 2018
