Good service, competitive price and fair price at renewal

I'm fortunate in that I haven't needed to make a claim over the past year, however based on the level of contact, good price when I took out the policy and fair renewal price, I feel that this is a company that I could recommend. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Pleased with the service so far!

Having been with probably the best known pet insurer for many years, I have always been loathe to change. While they have an excellent reputation, this does come at a price, which has risen to a level which I felt was becoming excessively high. I begrudgingly started to look at many companies with very differing reviews, however Lifetime Pet Cover were both highly rated and very competitively priced. I have only been with them for a number of weeks, however the changeover was effortless and the service received so far has proved to be very efficient. Reviewed on: 21st August 2018
