Review of the Chase Bank, Savings:

I switched to Chase a couple of years ago and it’s been a great decision! They offer a really good interest rate, 4.5%, on my savings account which is much better than my original bank, Santander. From an aesthetic point of view, they make it very easy to see what’s going on with your money and set goals. I also really like how quickly they change the rate when the Bank of England sets their new base rate - usually a month or so. From experience, Santander took much longer to implement changes. Another good point is their customer service team is very helpful and very quick to respond, resolving the issue I had within a day or two and keeping me updated! I really like Chase and am considering their ISA service too. I have recommended the bank to a number of my family and friends due to their current and savings accounts and offers they give.
