A company that values their loyal customers

I have been with Geoffrey from when they were known as Chaucer Direct. Their quotes cannot be bettered and unlike many companies, I get quoted an excellent renewal price each year without out the need to haggle the price lower. In fact, last year, I paid less than the previous year. Additionally, their renewal quote comes via an email with a personalised video providing me with full details of the insurance cover together with the price. Their customer service is like a breath of fresh air - they deserve to be awarded. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2018
