Hi, I’ve spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to pay a mortgage twice I have got hung up on, a direct debit has not been set up and I have always paid using the automated payment system which is now in inoperative, how can I make a payment ? My bank does not recognise the account number and sort code platform has supplied Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
