App-based banking but with no fall-back method

Friendly, helpful and great value service

I have used L&C numerous times firstly for both mortgages and re-mortgages. At all times they have been very friendly, polite and extremely willing to help and they have great communication by both phone and email/messages. They have always managed to find a better deal than anything I could locate on the "open market". Over the 20plus years I have been a mortgage-holder this must have saved me a fortune! A very easy bank to deal with, with a super app

A very easy bank to deal with, I really love how quick easy and intuitive it is to use the app to move money between internal or external accounts (ie current and savings accounts within Chase, and accounts elsewhere) Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
