Had one issue , where I needed to cancel a standing order for a product and claim a payment back, contacted the on line help and it was sorted out within 24hrs. Couldn't ask for more friendly, helpful customer service advisor , kept me up-to date every step of the way. Also the money back for spending is great. Uncomplicated, just what I want.
