Never had a querie, everything has been first class since day 1 Clear and concise, I'm a relative novice to app banking, no longer the case ! Product choice up their with the best account's anywhere on offer. No pressure sales, just clear product offerings. Comforting to know i can speak to a staff member if i need to.
