Easy to use with added extras

I’ve no issues with Chase since opening a bank with them. I feel much safer with the added security measures in place. The rewards for using your current account are great and the app makes everything very easy. I had to contact customer service to handle a purchase I’d made to a company who sold me a fake item, the issue was dealt with and my funds returned. The separate account for holidays is very helpful, kept me in budget and I didn’t have to worry about exchanging money before my travel, meaning walking with large sums of money in euros.
