Straight through to speak to someone

I opened this account because of the 1% cash back on spends. It's now my preferred account. When I want to speak to someone I call and get straight through to someone in the UK without a load of button options. For that reason I have moved my elderly relatives. With no banks in their villages anymore, this bank being all online makes no difference to them. Amazing work Chase! Your customer service and easy online banking is the best bar none!
