Fraud Scare

I had a transaction that came out of my account from a foreign country I was not in. Chase immediately asked if the transaction was me and then asked me to phone customer care. The customer service team were so supportive and advised me that my money was safe and for precaution changed my details. I have not had any problems since and was so impressed with the speed of response on both the app and via phone call. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
