Very knowledgeable staff able to resolve queries on placing an insurance.

Very efficient staff who resolved my previous company's unsatisfactory exclusion clause when I came to renew a policy. As a result I transferred the insurance to Lifetime Pet Cover at a better premium & better terms & conditions. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018
