Good Initial Experience

As a new customer, the set up procedure was straightforward . I did have a query which was answered promptly by email ( the office was closed, being a Saturday). I very much hope that there is not going to be a need to claim on my policy, but if I do, it is reassuring to read such positive reviews from customers who have unfortunately needed to make a claim.
