Chase is a new banking experience which makes you feel that they are on your side unlike previous banks I have dealt without I like the immediacy of Chase. Within seconds of making a transaction, I get confirmation. This is very reassuring because if anybody hacked my account I would know at the first transaction! I also like that when interest rates were rising, Chase amended their savings rate within days.,I also like the prior notice given with upcoming payments. I like the easy access to transaction history. All of this plus cash back when using your debit card. I would recommend Chase any time., Reviewed on: 15th February 2025

So glad I was introduced to Chase.

I was recommended Chase and I'm glad I was. They are different from high street banks and even other on line banks. When interest rates are raised by the Bank of England, Chase raise their savings rate very quickly. My previous on line bank failed to raise their savings rates even after 10 base rate rises. I like the ease of access and making payments. Plus moving funds between accounts is so easy. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
