Good bank, easy to use app, the only thing they need...

Good bank, easy to use app, the only thing they need to improve is their customer service which at the moment is not up to scratch. A bit disappointing that the 1% cashback is limited at £15 after 1 year but apart from that all good. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
