Keeping it local !

We like to support local businees and find Leek United suit our requirements. We nearly always use the head office as the Derby Street branch can be busy with lengthy queues, and we have to say the staff in Derby Street are not as nice one in particular who we try to avoid! Local company with a number of useful savings accounts.

Local company with a number of useful savings accounts.Would highly recommend.We also had a quote for a mortgage which was processed quickly and efficiently. As our town ow has less banks we moved our money to them and we can pop into the branches whenever we are in town. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Preferred choice

Main office in Leek on St. Edward Street is our preferred branch.We can park there, the Derby Street branch often has long queues and it's ot as easy to park! Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

Has to be said!

The Derby Street branch can be busy with long queues which I can understand, however people, including myself get very frustrated by the staff who, to be honest can appear to be ignorant.It would be nice if they could say simply we will be with you as soon as we can, and nothing worse than getting to the front of the queue and the employee has finished serving and then disappears without a word.OK, maybe they need the bathroom or something ut a few words wouldnt go amiss! Where possible now we go to the head office on St Edward Street as the staff there are more pleasant! Sorry but these things need pointing out. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
