As first time buyers we were totally lost.

As first time buyers we were totally lost. We came across Tembo and spoke with Rob, and later Rebecca who were both absolutely amazing. From the initial phone call Rob took the time to explain everything clearly. He set the proper expectations, and answered all our silly questions (all 5000 of them) with patience and professionalism. The entire time I felt informed and in a position to make the right decisions. Buying a house is such a crucial and important step and having the right people guiding you can help to make or break the process, especially as a first time buyer. We're now in possession of our mortgage offer and hope for a smooth journey from here on out. We couldn't have gotten this far without Tembo.
