Great products & friendly service.

I opened a fixed rate ISA in 2022 before the interest rates started to increase. Early in 2023, I explained that I was thinking of moving to another provider to obtain a higher rate. Leek BS were able to offer transfer to another of their fixed rate products, subject to an interest penalty. As I was on a low rate the amount paid was minimal. The process was dealt with quickly & efficiently. I have recently received my first annual interest payment, transferred automatically to my instant access account with them. More than happy to remain with Leek BS in the future - a local provider with great products & service. Reviewed on: 20th February 2024
