Cash plus keep you well informed of any changes to policies or products. I like the fact that you can use pots on your account so it is easier to put money to oneside, for essesntial bills - HMRC, accountant or insurance that you may only pay annually, I believe thay are adding multiply pots this year, which will be very useful. I like the invoicing option on the account but it has some issues, you can't edit it afterwards if you realise you have made an error, you have to delete it and start again. My previous business account when using the invoicing it was done through a seperate space via main account not on the app, I find it difficult if doing lots of invoices as it keeps timing out, so it gets annoying. I have never had an issues with CashPlus never needed to contact customer services. I also like the fact that you pay an annual fee, much cheaper than what I paid with my previous bank. Thank you.
