User Friendly Applying Bank Account Process

Straightforward, clear instructions and simple when we applied for our second business account. It was a very good experience and the process was so user friendly. However, we wish if that could have come with options for some upfront financial support for small businesses like ours, for example grants, cash loans and credits which is usually not easy to qualify for with the most traditional major banks, which I think could be a great help for the management of cashflow.
