I’ve had minimal issues with any payments sent or received 1 or 2 at the fault of other merchants. I would say customer support should definitely be open for more hours in a day and Saturday. Payments not being sent quicker/instanty is sometimes a bit of inconvenience however they do go through. overall good experience in 3-4 months I have been with them would definitely say to improve customer service hours and email responsesx also dlow replied on website chat.
