The app is laid out very neatly and it’s easy to understand. Where the documents are placed could be better organised as there’s multiple tabs to click through. As well as this, making a payment could me improved, there should be a tab along the bottom where you can click, without having to select your account (I only have one account with Santander therefore shouldn’t have to click extra buttons just to make a payment). Other than this, Santander is a good banking app and also helped through university with the provision of an interest free overdraft.

Setting up the app is easy and simple. I’ve only encountered a few errors but those were rectified upon contacting customer service. The only thing I’m sad about is the removal of the maximiser element which helped allocate a weekly budget.
