Issue was resolved in minutes

I was having a problem with a card and could not work it out - I called a helpline (with hope rather than expectations) my call was answers quickly, the issue was resolved and all excellent! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2024

Quick & excellent telephone customer service

I had a problem withdrawing money and sometimes get frustrated online. So I called the number with very low expectations (it is an online bank after all) but it was quick to answer - helpful, amazingly charming and gave me a quick resolution. Great Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
