Customer Service Exceptional

I renewed my car insurance this year with Tesco Bank for the second year running, not only were they the cheapest on the comparison sites, the gentleman i spoke to was so helpful and polite. He did his upmost to get the quote as cheap as possible for me and was really friendly and made it a really positive experience. So much so i recommended them to my husband for his own car and he renewed with them also via telephone and spoke to another customer service rep who again was faultless, friendly, helpful and polite.
