The app is generally good however misses some key in...

The app is generally good however misses some key information which is found on the standard Natwest app. It's also hard to get help if something goes wrong, there is a chat message/email function where you report problems but it would be easier if it were in the actual interface. All in all a pretty good app for kids, I get it free with my standard account but I probably wouldn't pay for it over just getting normal children's accounts. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
