Could not have asked for a better service.

Could not have asked for a better service. Jodie was very understanding of my difficulties and talked me through in simple terms what I needed to do. Very polite and friendly. Also spoke to Emily and Anita? the following day and received the same friendly helpful service. All are a credit to the firm. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

Great local society

I have been a member for several years and I have always had the best and friendliest advice when needed. Receive amongst the best interest rate going and when my bond comes up for renewal this will still be a factor and will have a good choice of where to continue saving my money Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

Savings due for renewal.

Savings due for renewal. Received paperwork in post with details of options for reinvesting. Straightforward and clear only query was the amount needed to put in box for reinvesting (did not know what interest would be so total amount not known). Quick phone call solved problem but would not have been necessary if explained on form.
