Had a small procedure done in December to remove a small lump. Received an email response saying it should be 3/4 weeks to hear back. After 6 emails and about 10 on hold calls, they sent the settlement(12 weeks wait) Excess removed as expected, but then another £63 (10 percent) as dog is over 5. Then they won’t pay for pre anaesthetic blood tests(£60) as the dog is under 6!!!!!!!! Avoid the ASDA pet insurance at all costs
