Customer service can be shockingly bad and has been...

Customer service can be shockingly bad and has been for quite a while now. When going into the Derby Street branch, certain staff can make it difficult to draw money out. I have been questioned about my signature before and even been asked what i want the money for! I also know of several people that have had the same problem. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024

The Society takes the safety and security of our members’ savings very seriously and we have a number of measures in place to protect our customers from potential fraud and financial crime.
