Fast, friendly, effective customer service

Each time I’ve had to speak with Bath Building Society I’ve had the best customer experience. Calls are answered quickly, staff are attentive and the service has been efficient. Additionally, when I’ve visited their branch, I’ve had a similar excellent service with their very helpful staff. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
