The app itself is great, poor customer service.

The app itself is great with wide choice of investments, easy to use interface and excellent value for money. Their customer service however is very poor. Endless emailing back and forth. I had to repeat the request several times and it felt that I was going in circles. Took days to get the information I need for HMRC tax rebate reporting. Not a problem for ISA investors but SIPP holders be warned. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
