Patient, kind and knowledgeable

I spoke to Cassie Jones as I have been having problems logging in to my online account. She was so patient and kind, made sure I was able to log in (took many attempts at various stages of the process) and we (she) succeeded. I cannot praise her highly enough. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
