Underrated bank, Great customer support

Underrated bank, Great customer support and real transparency on how your money is being used. Triodos have a different model from the traditional banks, but the ethical and people focused way of working is excellent. They deserve more customers! Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Easy, intuitive banking - great spending tracking

Easy to use app, really simple to understand customer service chat box. The rate of interest is excellent and the spending tracking functionality is really useful for me to track my budgets and compare the spend to previous months to know if I'm on track.
