Great service in branch and tips for online service

Great service in branch and on telephone with branch. HQ phone lines too slow and too busy. Online access is basic and hopefully being further developed…I would like to see my accounts automatically uploaded onto the website as soon as they’re opened and to open accounts online. Please allow several faster payments into a bond, a small test £10 and further £ over a few days as banks restrict our payments to £20,000 or less. Paying by debit card online is useful. Bear in mind that although I have internet, I don’t have any mobile phone signal at home to use for logging in. Keep the branches open, online is never 100% effective!
