This card consistently fails to allow you to use it for online purchasing, The customer service is very poor and often you will get cut off mid talk and they do not call you back. I am moving my company to Capital on Tap because I don't have the abilty to spend triple the amount of time it takes to make a purchase online, even for sites that the card has previously been used for, eg annual subscriptions.
