Review of the Zempler Bank, Business account:

Following process; not designed for small businesses

Processes, procedures and governance are not designed to support small business banking. I've been with this bank for six years and my business account has been terminated for not completing a Due Diligence Questionnaire (under AML Regulations 2017), but Cashplus have no evidence, or trends to support their decision; considering evidence have been provided to HMRC and Companies House. The transfer process, have significantly impacted my business productivity and supply chain, which does not help with the influences from economic and spending crisis. After I have been treated by Cashplus I would strongly suggest others small businesses consider how Cashplus treat their longevity clients. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024
