Cost of living crisis is hard enough.

Cost of living crisis is hard enough. Charging an ammendment fee is way ut of order as amending a policy is mandatory if there is a change or you are committing a crime. So why charge for it. Especially if I changed it via online without having to falk to someone. Its an outrage that they do nothing to help people. Am either losing out anyway I go. Also why have a car on an Insurance group when they pick and chose other reasons to make sure they get more money. I have dropped insurance groups but my insurance has doubled. No such thing then. Its a give me the money money money world nowadays and no good customer service anymore. Its all about wanting cash than giving out good service.
