Moved Isa from a bank.

Met with Rachel today, who filled in all my forms to move my maturing ISA from Barclays Bank to the Suffolk Building Society. I am fed up with banks closing their branches and having no one to speak to for advice or spending hours on the phone attempting to find the correct person. In the Suffolk BS, you can speak directly by phone to the people that work in the branch or walk in there and arrange an appointment. Simply put, they have proper Customer Service with knowledgeable, professional people waiting to help you. Love the Woodbridge branch. Thank you, Rachel. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
