They told me that if I buy euros with them and then...

They told me that if I buy euros with them and then dont spend all of them I can change back commission free. However once I returned to change my unspent euros they charged me £300 because there spread from sell to buy back is like 20% so they dont call it commission but trust me there will be a huge charge to change your money back!
