Kroo have been very patient whilst I've adapted from online banking to a banking app. My statements are always accurate, I love the interest added every month and I'm finding it very fast and easy to use (after initial hiccups.) I'm 75 years old and pleased to be keeping up with innovative ideas. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Happily adjusting to using the Kroo app

My long time bank, which operated online via my lap top, closed down last year so I decided to take a leap of faith with a new banking app. Kroo support was excellent in provided help adjusting to this new way of banking. However, when I was scammed, I felt that Kroo could have been more proactive in tracking the scammers - I had immediately given them all the information they needed to have done so. I'm 75 and overall very pleased to be using this bank. Reviewed on: 1st March 2024
