My caravan flooded, it’s a write off, they used a company called spirit to sort my claim, they offered me a fraction of the caravans worth, they re rude, pushy and I have serious concerns for anyone elderly or vunrouble that may have to deal with them they also have a £2,500 excess in the small print, complete waste of money and very stressful to deal with, I would never use them again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. Avoid avoid avoid
