great customer service at all time

i had to call in for some credit card offer the other day. my call was answered immediately and the person who answered my call was super friendly and polite. she was also very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions without creating more confusions at all. also, never pressured me to purchase or sign up anything on the spot. the best customer service in my life!!
