I always use PayPal

Using PayPal gives me the confidence to make online purchases without having to reveal my bank details to vendors. I specifically only use PayPal when shopping online. If a vendor doesn’t accept PayPal then I don’t use them. Paypal have been very helpful and supportive in the past if I have experienced issues with a purchase. The customer service is exceptional. Excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to apply, competitive interest rates and tailored to suit my needs. I was initially under the impression that the decision was immediate. But it ended up around 48 hours. I was still happy with that though as it wasn’t needed immediately anyway. Also I would expect to have to wait for a decision as a new customer so 48 hours was actually pretty impressive. I’d be more than happy to recommend Zopa to anyone looking for financial products.
