Fast, Secure and importantly, trustworthy/true to word. I moved some money from my current account over to Biscuit because I'd previously had a load with Zopa and was so impressed with the speed and diligence from Zopa regarding that. Once I'd moved some money over, I saw another offer from Zopa to simply use my new account to pay for something and instantly gained £5 which the company didn't have to offer, so they are definately a company worth their word and that alone is priceless in this world, so I moved more and more funds over to my Biscuit account and really enjoyed seeing how much interest I've earned on the savings which is right there in front of you when you logon. The app is quite simply to use, but effective, I've even found securely transferring between accounts easier to do from the app. Very impressed so far. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Was trying to find a trustworthy company to have a consolidated loan with and it’s a mine field with which one to choose. I decided on Zopa purely down to their easy to use application system, helpful and easy to navigate pages and was absolutely blown away by the speed of which the funds got transferred. I was also impressed by using their app to monitor my account and the helpful txt messages and emails to welcome me and explain further help. More banks should be this way, helpful, prompt and always have their customers in mind. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
